1. Where is your clothing made?
All our pieces are handmade in Italy by us, a mother-daughter duo. We work in small batches with attention to detail, so every piece is unique.

2. What sizes do you offer?
We offer the following sizes:
86/92 – 98/104 – 110/116 – 122/128 – 134/140 – 146/152
Many designs are oversized or adjustable, so they grow with your child.

3. What fabrics do you use?
We work exclusively with high-quality fabrics, certified by GOTS and OEKO-TEX. They’re safe for sensitive skin, sustainable, and made to last.

4. How do I care for the clothes?
We recommend washing at 30°C with similar colours and letting them air dry. Avoid tumble drying and bleach to keep your garments beautiful longer.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for processing before your order is shipped.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Do you offer custom orders or special sizing?
Sometimes! If you have a special request, feel free to contact us, if we can make it happen, we will.
